We are about 5 miles to downtown Landrum SC, 25 minutes to Spartanburg SC, 40 minutes to Greenville SC, 45 minutes to Asheville NC, and about 22 minutes to the Tryon Equestrian Center in NC. Inside the unit, downstairs is the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom, Upstairs in the loft are 4 different beds (Queen, a double, and two singles) &.a common area.

WE HAVE POWER! The Craftsman Studio is a new downtown addition to a 110 year old craftsman house. The addition was designed and decorated by a Greenville architect who lives in the main house. The property sits in a historic downtown neighborhood, just 4 short blocks from Main Street. Although it's so close to downtown, the neighborhood is a quiet haven away from urban life. (Although there are kids in the neighborhood which could add some flare/fun noise to your day if you’re staying in.)

This is an 70s era cozy 2BR/1BA downtown apartment with easy parking. It’s private, so you feel like it's made just for you. The price you see is what you pay. It's priced for budget minded people, and it's on a busy street with street noises, so please keep your expectations reasonable. This isn't a luxury silent mountain getaway. It's in a little fenced-in area w/ yard, grill and firepit. Less than a mile to downtown, or the Arts District. Coffee, food, grocery, and parks all close by.
