In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which includes a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another lounger. The apartment has a separate entrance. You are welcome to provide the entire property for your recreation. Your big and small four-legged favorites are also welcome! There is still a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space in summer on the lush pastures. A riding area is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring towns Großheide and Hage (approx. 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (ca. 3 km) Reitverein/-stall - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (as well) Lütetsburg Palace - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx. 16 km) The connection with public transport is not very cheap, which is why it is recommended to travel by car. New apartment on the Weststrand

Hello, we are offering a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), walk to the beach in 4 min, walk 5 minutes into town. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small, but nice. Looking forward to seeing you soon!Very suitable for 1 to 2 people. With child, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable,because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cot, etc.!! I'm so sorry ,but since I have kids myself, I'm talking about experience

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small house with quiet dead end location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike of the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surf/kitesurfing school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, the coziness, location, sea views over the dike. My place is nice for couples, solo travelers and families with 1-2 children. You can expect beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation !

Located directly behind the dike in a quiet side street. Bakeries and restaurants a few meters away. Wifi. A travel cot for children has additional comfortable space. Sheets and towels. Non smoking. The apartment of about 155 sqm , is located on the ground floor of a 2 family house. The apartment offers a spacious living and dining area, 3 sheep rooms with 2 double beds each. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the third bedroom is in the basement. 1 bathroom with tub and shower and a 2nd separate toilet. The apartment has a beautiful covered terrace. In the living and dining area there are two cozy new sofas, each with a sleeping function.

Dune Lock 28 right on the beach

The dune loft is just off the upper beach promenade on Wangerooge beach. The gastronomy, shops and a beautiful golf course are only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment currently has to be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which does not include the cleaning fee (see additional costs) of 120 EUROS and only the cost of 40 EUROS for bed linen and towels is charged under "Fee for bedding" (information under "additional rules").

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. Prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in high season and €1.80 in low season per person./day incl. bed linen, a towel package as well as 2 rental bikes. Cozy apartment for two

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
