Family-friendly large apartment

Our apartment in the street "Alter Gutshof" No. 3, Sellin, is suitable for 4 people (an extra bed for one more person is possible). It is located on the first floor of a new building (built in 2011) in a quiet settlement near the Sellin Lake Park and Lake Sellin. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms for two people each, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, a storage room and a balcony with spacious seating. The size of the apartment is about 70 m² (+10 sqm balcony). The beach (main and south beach) is about 15 minutes walking distance. A full kitchen with rich amenities, such as a dishwasher, an induction cooker with oven and a microwave. There is a TV available in the living room, which provides satellite reception and DVD player in the living room. Free internet access is available in the entire apartment via Wi-Fi. A free bike rental is also included. Private bicycles can be accommodated inside the garage. Our washing machine in the basement can be used. I live with my husband on the ground floor apartment and we are happy to give our guests excursion tips. We also like to pick up the guests arriving by train from the train station in Binz.(IC end station) Our apartment has proven itself for parents with small children: stair gates, crib, high chair and bicycle child seat are available

Old town romance in Uzedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in Wolgaster Altstadt is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping are within walking distance. A free parking space for smaller cars (quite tight, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the house entrance door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking spaces in the old town. The spa train runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modernity and country house charm makes this a great vacation experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides, or boat tours on nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all: It is about a 30-minute drive to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet warehouse. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right at Schmachter Lake. For 2 to 4 people. Larger bedroom with double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen-living room is fully equipped.
