If you are looking for a place to stay in the countryside with close proximity to Potsdam and Berlin, then this spot may be for you. Potsdam can be reached by bus or car in about 15 minutes. Through a regional train connection in the village, you are from Wilhelmshorst train station in 30 minutes at the Berlin main station. The property has a sunny south-facing terrace and a 1000 sqm garden to relax in. After a day of sightseeing, your children can play here to their heart's content.

Small and colorful

The Vierseitenhof from 1890 still serves as a farm property. Only the street-side residential building is used for living. Our upstairs guest apartments are now supposed to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great grandparents.

This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden... Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

Hello, I rent my beautiful apartment in Caputh located directly on the water, overlooking the Templiner See. From the bedroom you can access the balcony and enjoy the view of the lake. A 1.60m wide box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. TV, a small music system as well as some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there. There is also a shower room.
