You'll love the place because of the surrounding area that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "breakout-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicap accessible and plenty of room. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + children, groups, several generations and furry friends (pets).

The listed house was elaborately renovated in 2020/21 and renovated with a lot of love. The tastefully decorated house has not lost anything of its charm and originality. Witness of its high age are the original parquet and floorboards in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully stocked with beautiful softwood antiques. In the sunshine, life takes place outside at the terrace ingrown garden.
