At approximately 5200 feet above sea level, the Lake Atitlan area enjoys year-round spring-like weather (70s to low 80s during the day and 60s at night). Although temperatures remain relatively constant throughout the year the weather is marked by two distinctive seasons: the rainy season (May to October) and the dry season (November to April). During the rainy season the mountains and volcanoes surrounding the lake are verdant green. The mornings are generally crystal clear, while the afternoons bring spectacular showers that are a sight to behold as they roll in over the lake. During the dry season it is rare to receive any precipitation at all. La Casa Colibri has five luxurious guest rooms each with en-suite bath. Four rooms have spacious balconies overlooking the lake. Two rooms have deep soak tubs with separate showers.

Perfect Location in Downtown Antigua. 3Br 2Bth

Centered in the heart of Antigua, just 3 blocks to the central park, this home is spacious and secure for a one nights stay or a month long retreat. Feel free to ask questions as I'm very accommodating and friendly. There was a leak in the roof that started this rainy season, causing mold in the walls. We tore them down, fixed the leak, and rebuilt the wall. As well, we pressure washed the entire home to be as new. So you'll get the new version of the home.

The perfect place in La Antigua.

the house has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a terrace with very nice views. Colonial pool not heated and cleaning service or change of towels on the third day. We have a nice collection of guipiles from around the country, all our decor is made solely by artisans. Laundry service is good to know that it is with extra charge and is delivered on the same day.
