The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Large , open living/kitchen space. Back yard large enough for your boat and for family fun. Wonderful balcony with coffee bar outside master bedroom. Garage has been turned into a game room with foosball, air hockey and corn hole. 2 minute drive to boat launch and Marina. Walk to the end of the road to St Joe Bay. 3 block walk to town with all restaurants, shops and town activities. Bring your pups too.
