Cheerful 2 bedroom home on Miflin Creek

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.

Located on the 2nd floor in one of the smaller buildings (Phoenix 8) on the beach. It's just steps away from the parking lot, beach and pool. A one time $55 parking fee per car required upon arrival 2 car max Weekend rentals require a minimum two-night stay that includes both Friday and Saturday night.
