Large and spacious 110 m2 with separate entrance! Free parking. The apartment is located in a wooden house built in the 1890s, which has been renovated in style and timing and includes all modern amenities. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, toilet and staircase. The apartment with an open kitchen, walk-in wardrobe, two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a sauna can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The fold-out couch in the living room allows for two extra sleeping spaces. The balcony open to the sea breezes is the best place to enjoy the evening sun and gorgeous sunsets. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the old Bishop Castle of Haapsalu, the beach promenade, restaurants and shops.

Joyful with natural materials

A house built before 1909, very decorative with wooden ornaments. Recently renovated to former glory. My apartment is renovated by myself with traditional methods, exactly as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. Apartment is quiet, full of sunlight at most hours, private, colorful with high ceilings. Cozy and comfortable for families/small groups. Four-legged friends are welcome.
