Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking and natural snow ski area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2024, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card from me free of charge.

Enjoy life in this quiet yet centrally located home. By train, bus or car in 15 minutes in the old town of Salzburg and in 5 minutes in Hallein. The studio of just under 25m2 is located on the ground floor with private entrance. With us, you live very centrally, but also in the countryside with many nearby excursion destinations and the Salzach bike path in just a few meters away. It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzach Valley, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. The log cabin is embedded in nature, surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal also for dog owners. A small guest house is nearby and can be used for breakfast. You'll love my place because of its healthy wood construction, tasteful living-kitchen, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views, good air. My place is good for couples.
