Set on the edge of woodland our converted mini stable is a small secluded retreat set at the rear of the big barn on our smallholding, totally shielded from the main house. The view from the Stables and your own private decking looks onto woodland and a field beyond with horses grazing. Our smallholding has 10 pet sheep and I can introduce you to them on request. Beautifully located on the edge of Hastings county park 5 minute walk from the east hill & 10 mins walk to the old town. Wood burning stove & original early 1800s cottage features including a spacious kitchen extension. Nice views from both cosy bedrooms & plenty of natural light throughout. Cute & friendly kitten (short haired) comes with the house too - will leave food. (Please don’t book if it’s a problem!) Very quiet road with lovely neighbors & a village feel yet a walk to the beach.
