Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

We are just 12 minutes from Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and Cape Kidnappers. Explore the wineries and bike trails that surround us. Elephant Hill, Clearview, Te Awanga Estate and Beach House Wineries are a ten minute bike ride away.

Our cottage is located on a quiet, no exit road only 5 minutes drive to Hastings, 7 minute drive to Havelock North, and only a 15 minute drive to Napier. There is a fantastic Farmers market every Sunday at the local Showgrounds which is only a 3 minute drive away. A cycle way runs through our road and links to several different cycle tracks covering Hawke’s Bay. Our place is good for couples, small groups and families (with kids).
