The perfect summer house with a sea view and closeness to the beach. The house comes with all facilities (e.g. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee brewer, toaster etc). Well suited for families. Big lawn perfect for playing. Haverdal beach is among the top rated in Sweden. A perfect area for wind- kate- and body surfing, crab fishing, golf and biking/running in the nature. 15 km to Halmstad. Very nice city with market, shops and lots of nice restaurants. Bus stop 200 m from the house.

Small cottage, sharing plot with our house. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. On the lower floor there is an open plan kitchen. The sofa bed offers 2 extra seats. Bathrooms are also on the lower level and contain the toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Cozy sleeping loft with ability to store clothes. Parking is available for one car. Includes bed linen, towel, and cleaning. Nice natural areas nearby.
