Beach Front Bliss

Sunny and light beach front property ,being an original fishermans cottage it does have many imperfections.whilst we spray ,we do have the odd cockroach ( sadly a Hawke’s Bay pest ) in winter it is essential the down stairs heaters are NOT turned off to retain maximum heat . This is a home ,full of our taste ( it may not be yours ! ) and trinkets/ clothes ,personal items etc .Close to some fabulous amenities, many courtyards for shelter ,swim ,kayak,blob or explore what Hawke’s Bay has to offer

Beautifully presented and positioned for all-day sun, this is a great base for your next Taupo escape. Walk/bike to town and the lake, or drive in just 2 minutes. The home is warm and comfortable with a large boat shed to store your toys. There are 2 kayaks and 2 retro cruiser bikes for you to use. The kitchen and bathroom are modern with new flooring throughout. The property is fully fenced and close to several playgrounds and takeaway shops. The outdoor bath is utter bliss all year round.
