What it means when a payout method is “not available”
When a payout method is not available, this means it can’t receive any additional payouts because it’s no longer supported.
Why a payout method may be “not available”
If a payout method available in the past is no longer supported, it’s usually because of changes to local laws or regulations for your country or region, or simply because we no longer support it.
It’s our priority to make sure you can get paid however you’d like, and in these cases, we hope you’ll be able to use one of the other payout method options supported in your area.
How to keep getting payouts
- Review your payout methods by going to Payments & payouts in your account, and add a new payout method, if needed
- Choose a new default payout method so that any payouts can be released automatically
