This 508 sq ft Tiny Apt is inside a 30'x40' metal bldg. We built this apt so you could park (2) 21' boats inside and still have an awesome place to sleep. The main level has bedroom w/queen bed & upstairs loft w/ 2 twin beds. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave & range. The 4'x5' tiled walk-in shower is like one seen in a million-dollar home. A short walk down to the water is a dock w/75' walkway. A full RV/Camper hook-up w/20'x40' RV Barn, 50-amp power, water & septic (Additional fees apply).

Beasley Backwater Retreat on Lovely Lake Eufaula

The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!

The camping area is 1.3 acres fully fenced so pet owners can allow their pets to roam freely. Bring your ATV's as the back side of the property has almost 50 acres of ATV and walking trails. A spring fed private 1.5 acre stocked pond with a covered fishing dock is also located on the property.

This is a small cabin located on the Chattahoochee River on the Georgia side. Very peaceful and quiet. It is 6 tenths off a paved road in the woods behind a locked gate. No neighbors! Have steps going down to the river . Outside picnic table. Porch on the cabin with a beautiful river view. Gas, groceries,boat ramp and live bait within 2miles of cabin.Need truck/SUV to access cabin. This is a beautiful cabin all cypress and pine finish inside sitting on 90acres on the river.Cold AC!
