About 30 minutes to Salt Lake City and Provo with quick access to the SLC airport (25 min). 40 minutes to ski areas. Neighborhood is quiet and close playgrounds.

This place is perfect if you need a place to crash for a couple nights, or if you need somewhere to settle in longer. You have your own entrance, personal parking, space to spread out and peaceful scenery. It's only 35 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport. Hi, I'm Thelma, my basement apartment is beautiful and cozy with an incredible view of the Rocky Mountains and the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. It's located in a nice, safe and family oriented neighborhood. It's completely above ground which brings lots of natural light inside. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a full kitchen with a living space. It has a private entrance around the back of the home. Our street is a very quiet cul-de-sac. No matter how long you're staying we hope you'll enjoy it!

Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Located 3 min from River Oaks Golf Course and biking/jogging trails. Centrally located, 5 min to I 15. 15 minutes to dowtown SLC and 25 minutes to Ski Resorts. Also 5 to 7 minutes from Sandy Expo center and the Real stadium. This is perfect for business or family travel due to location.

Nice Clean Private Guest Suite

My place is close to the District shopping center, close to many restaurants, parks, daybreak lake, and trails. We are 1 mile from Trax train station in DayBreak, and 16-20 miles to 4 different ski resorts. We are 10 miles to South Town Expo center. You’ll love my place because of the people, and the neighborhood. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This space has nice full kitchen, large family room with foosball table and TV.

Beautifully renovated garage, turned into a large apartment suite. This space offers all the conveniences of a home. Everything inside is brand new, and beautifully designed. In the back of the suite there is an eight person private hot tub to enjoy! The suite is in a wonderful location, near shopping centers, movie theaters, quick access to highways, walking trails, with beautiful views. The suite is completely detached and separate from the house, along with it’s own driveway.
