Organic house rural, quiet idyll near City, Parkpl.

This Organic House is the larger of the two neighboring vacation homes (both together for at least 6 people can be booked, see also "Biohaus meadow"). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city, main station and highway). It has been optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 toddler who want to enjoy the elevation above the Moselle Valley, very close to the oldest city of Trier.

Mit 110 Quadratmetern auf zwei Stockwerken, verbunden durch eine schöne Holztreppe, eine offene Wohnküche und zwei Bäder ein herrlicher Platz, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. High ceilings give the "loft feeling". The bathroom is brand new, the kitchen well equipped and good wine opposite! Our loft is perfect for couples+solo travellers and ideal for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. Due to the open stairs, however, is rather unsuitable for children.
