With 300m from the beach, this small well-planned house of 50sqm is perfect for the couple's holiday or for the family with 2 adults and 2 younger children (2-12 years). Proximity to kiosk, 2 km to the city center with both service and restaurants, cinema and shops. Good communication to both Malmö and Copenhagen. For those who like kite surfing, there are plenty to explore. Access to bike + wood can be provided. Any pets should be kept on a leash in the garden during outdoor stay as parts of fences are missing.

Modern semi-detached house decorated in boutique style, designed garden, temperate saltwater pool with nearby sauna for nice relaxation and swimming under the pool roof both in the evening or during rainfall. Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.
