Anna Maria Island - 400 steps to Beach!

Located on 5th Avenue in Holmes Beach this unit is out of the way on a dead end street. Seaduction offers a heated pool, and every amenity to make your stay here a comfortable one. There are only 4 units in the complex so to pool is "semi private". This beautiful unit sleeps six with a king size bed, a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room. We are located on the top level of the building. There are approximately 20 stairs and no elevator. Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Our charming 1 BR/ 1 Bath condo is a new to the rental market. It was formerly owner occupied. The property is in the Bradenton Beach area of Anna Maria Island. Beach is right across the street with deeded access. The pool is the largest heated pool on the island. Fitness center has newer equipment. There is a fishing pier which also works as a great way to enjoy beautiful views of the Anna Maria sound. Free trolley stop is right in front of the property. Washer/dryer in unit.

It is nestled in the lush tropical landscape of Spinnakers Vacation Cottages. You will find Cabin 2 is a perfect spot for an island getaway. Island duplex - Side A only. Our home is great for both beach & AMI lovers who don't mind not having a pool. The unit is a 2 bedroom-2 full bath; and walkable to beach (3 blocks), Holmes Beach city center restaurants, bars and shops (3 blocks) and the free island trolley (1 block). Anna Maria Island is roughly 7 miles long and crazily enough divided into 3 cities: Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach & Anna Maria; Holmes Beach is central.
