Eldorado for hiking, fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing. Unassuming and cozy cottage in quiet surroundings, with short distance to ski resorts as well as huge hiking opportunities in the mountain home summer and winter time. Swimming area 5 min walk from cabin Lauvåsen is beautifully situated in the small grenda Austbø in Rauland. The location is an excellent starting point for nature and cultural experiences in the traditional mountain village. From the living room and each other there are beautiful views to Longvikvatn and beautiful Fossanfjell.NB!

Cottage by the water

Cozy 18th century barn has been converted to a cabin! The cabin is located right by the water in quiet surroundings and has lovely views of Raulandsfjell and Totak's banks. Simple standard, with running water and electricity, kitchen and bathroom. The cabin has an outdoor toilet/composting toilet. Easy access by car and short distance to hiking terrain. There are ski slopes and sandy beach just outside the cabin. Bed linen is not provided, but can be rented for NOK 50 per set. Pets are not allowed on the furniture but are to stay on the floor.

New family-friendly cottage Rauland with panoramic views

We rent our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking possibilities in the summer and winter. In the winter you can buckle up at the cabin and exit the trail network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the slopes of Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will get to nice sandy beaches at Totak. More hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity

Lita cottage in sunny farmyard.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and laundry. Lita cottage located on a farm with a wonderful view of the lake Totak and the mountains. We live in one of the houses in the yard. Another house has two apartments rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In the summertime, there is access to a table, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of uphill ski slopes, 5 min by car. 10 min to the ski center. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car charger. Great hiking terrain summer/fall.

Newer/exclusive cabin in Skisentervegen 120. The location is very central. Here you can leave your car parked during the whole stay and walk to the ski center, city center, water park and hiking areas. The cabin is 150 square meters. 4 bedrooms(5 with basement living room)where one of the bedrooms has a sublet with an ensuite bathroom. Furnished TV room with sofa bed for 2 extra beds The cabin is rented to adults/families and no party is allowed. Electricity according to consumption is in addition and paid after departure

Great winter and summer cottage

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. In the heart of Hovden, agder's best winter destination and a fantastic place to spend summer and fall as well. The cabin is located right by the cross country network. In addition, only a few minutes drive to alpine slope. Walking distance to the city center, the inland and swimming beaches. Large hiking area right outside the cabin. 5 minutes away is a great place for recreation with cafe inside igloo, rental of water activities, playground and swimming area.

Nice modern apartment of 50 m2 for rent. The apartment is right in the middle of the ski slope on the front row with great views. The apartment is fully furnished. 2 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Double bed sleeps 2. Bedroom 2: Living room that has been converted into a bedroom. Here there is a bunk bed and room for 2. Cramped and best suited for children/youth The couch in the livingroom is a sleeper sofa. Can and be used. On the terrace there are tables and benches, so the view can be enjoyed to the fullest.

Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly space. The cabin is located right next to a waterfall and a charcoal where you can swim. It has stunning views of Totak and there is a short way to the beach. In autumn there are a lot of berries on the plot and the cabin is undisturbed in relation to the house and road.
