Björg Hörgárdalur farm stay apt. B

These two beautiful and completely privat apartments with geothermal hot tub are located on our amazing farm. The view you have out of the apartment you're in is the best view you can ask for. Surrounded by horses, fresh air and icelandic nature you can't help but feel relaxed and at home. And to top it all of, you have access to the best water in the world, which comes straight from our mountain called Staðarhnjúkur. You are looking at apartment B, the one on the right side on the picture.

Háafell Lodge

Welcome to Háafell Farm where we raise sheep, keep horses and have one friendly dog. Our private guest house is located 200 meters above the farm, up the mountain at 130 meters above sea level. It is a recently built (2020), 100 square meter, modern “turf house style” house. Háafell means “The High Mountain” and has a long river that cascades down its side with several tiers of waterfalls. It is a five minute walk to our canyon and it is possible to take a cold bath in one of the waterfalls.

Kirkjufell - Kirkjufellsfoss - Snæfellsjökull - Water cave - lava fields - black beaches - bird life - whale watching - Mountain view - northern lights - sunset, quietness, wonderful restaurants and so much more that you can experience here or near by. Nónsteinn is perfect place for newly weds, couples or friends.
