This is truly a Gem! With such relaxing creek sounds, and the unique, charming woodwork and rustic finishing touches inside and out. There is a short, easy trail to the creek, an alpine lake less than an hours hike away. The Clark Fork River Delta is just down the road, and Lake Pend Oreille is less than 8 miles away. The property is backed up to Kaniksu National Forest and the proposed Scotchman Peaks Wilderness area. Glacier National Park is a 3 1/2 hour drive East. Love Nature? This is it.

One bedroom cottage set in the pines with beautiful views of mountains, prairie, & wildlife. Enjoy a tranquil setting on 20 acres with a walking trail thru the woods. Only 6 minutes to town. Juice, fruit, coffee, oatmeal, cereal, milk, toast and eggs (you cook) provided. Free WiFi. Cell phone coverage is spotty. Texting works, calls are iffy. You can use our land line. There is no A/C, but it stays cool like a basement, due to being partially built into a hillside. W/D. Portable crib available

You'll love our place because of its rustic feel as well as the quiet, privacy & beauty of the outdoor space. You're a 5 minute (2 mile) drive or bike ride from the busier downtown area. We are only 1 mile from Shore Lodge, & a 1/2 mile from Payette Lake. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. Sleeps 3, however best for 2 adults & 1 child (400sq ft). This is a one room log cabin across the driveway from our house on our property of 5 acres in Bellevue. It has a lovely porch for relaxing. The cabin does not have a kitchen or TV but does have a coffee maker and mini-fridge. We have beautiful views and quiet country roads for long walks. We have 3 horses on the property and two friendly kitties. Our family of four lives on the property. We are friendly and easy going, happy to say Hi and chat or let you do your own thing!
