Bright kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Large living room with TV for streaming, free Netflix as well as DVD player with various movies and various board games. Outdoor cozy corner with table and chairs. The house is secluded in the backyard on a quiet residential road. There is a Coop365 just around the corner, houses are close to the pedestrian street, Boxen and MCH in Herning. There is free Wifi and free parking on the street. House is used exclusively for rent as I myself live in the house facing the street.

The property is part of a 3-length courtyard with its own unobstructed and enclosed garden with attached terrace. The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. Cozy guesthouse in the northern city of Ikast. Short walking distance to lake and nature area. Train station and shopping. ISI Sports After School, Dream 99, Ikast Stadome and the Gold Mine. Sports Center Ikast. Tullamore Golf club and more. All within a 1km radius There is bed linen and towel in the house. There is no bath in the guesthouse, but there is the possibility to shower by appointment. We need to know if you want to shower no later than the day before check-in, as we have to turn on the heat.

The annex is located in our garden and has room for 2 people. There is the possibility of a bed for a child on the sofa. The bed is 140 cms wide. In the kitchen there is a Nespresso coffee machine and an air fryer for preparing small meals. When the weather is good, morning coffee can be enjoyed on the terrace. There are cold drinks in the fridge that you can buy. Main room with bath and entrance is approximately 30 square meters - terrace approximately 7 square meters. NB. min stay is 2 nights

Lille bo

Peaceful residence in green surroundings. With 2 min. walking distance to a large and beautiful forest, and 20 min. walking distance to one of Denmark's best bathing lakes. 'Lille bo' is located next to the family's own house and the garden is free to use, but is shared with the family. In the summer you can enjoy the many beautiful flowers, bushes and trees that the previous owner, who was a landscape gardener, has planted, and which turn the garden into a mini park. Playground 50 meters away.

Lovely setting on nature property

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" hygge with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Cozy annex in the woods

The small yellow annex is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of the hill country. It's quiet and the deer graze happily in the garden when the day wakes. The wood-burning stove is good in the old house, and from the loft there is a view of the meadow area and fields. In the main house, Philip, Helene, Asger, 3 years old and Axel, 1 year old, live with our two happy dogs. It is 2 km to Bryrup, where the lake bath, tennis courts or the old veteran court can entertain.
