Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Why not to enjoy dark November nights and upcoming Christmas time at our peaceful backyard place to stay, relax out of business, take saunas and hot tub, barbecue outdoors or enjoy indoor fireplace. House can host 2-4 quests: double bed upstairs and sofa bed in the living room. We have everything you need for comfortable holiday! Ab 200 m there is an artificial lake with beach and swimming areas. Our rampart hill with its tower and activity museum are also worth visiting. With warm Welcome!

Historic farm property by the Põltsamaa River. You have a river side 75m2 with private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, hallway and terrace. On the large territory of the farm stand, it is possible to walk along the riverfront and disconnect from the worries of the day. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in a hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river, or in a wood-burning sauna with a wonderful view to the river of Põltsamaa.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
