Magnificent view, really foot in the sand!!!!

The apartment is really a foot in the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Distance of approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We have been renting the apt for more than 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families staying with us. Maximum Airbnb Assessment! In the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting hosts. We have contracts with laundry, air conditioning company and a person of the "Do Everything" type that is available 24 hours. Cleaning and' excellent staff, are with us from the beginning.

My place is called "Foot in the Sand", you just need to cross the garden to get to the beach. Ideal for families with children. The apartment is well planned and cozy. It's been newly renovated. It has all the kitchen basics. The condominium has beach service, adult and children's heated pool, living room/TV, barbecue and parking. Located in module 4, a 10-minute walk from the mall. You'll love my space. The view and the location are spectacular.
