My apartment is a warm & inviting space. We recently separated the front and back section of our house to make the apartment totally private. The bedroom is luxurious with a beautiful bathroom with claw foot bath next to it. Fully equipped Kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer, leafy green back yard with large decked area. This area has a bbq and alfresco kitchen. The family room includes a dining area and lounge with big screen Netflix TV. The house is a 3 min walk to bus and 10 mins to train

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth.
