City & Ocean View Retreat, Steps from the Beach

Our humble 300 square feet condo is located in an older building with probably the best location in Isla Verde. Steps from the beach and a supermarket right in front you won't get anything more convenient. A few minutes from the airport and with lots of restaurants and night scene at walking distance we know you will love Isla Verde! Our condo is in mint condition but as mentioned the building is old and rough around the edges. Add to that the hit of hurricane Maria, the building image suffered quite a bit. This is not the Hilton! If you are looking for an impecable building full of amenities then this is NOT the place for you, now if you are looking for a great remodeled condo in front of the beach with an amazing location and parking then look no further. Be advised that the power grid in Puerto Rico sometimes have problems and power outages are sometimes common. They might not be that long but sometimes they do happen.

Our apartment has a modern beach design. It is an efficiency studio apartment, includes all the kitchen essentials, towels, hair dryer and more. Furnished with a king size bed and also has a futon sofa bed. Our apartment is 5 minutes from the airport, next to 5 star hotels, on the main avenue in Isla Verde, and easy short walk to the beach. It is perfect for the vacationer or the business traveler. Unit equipped with a battery backup system that will power the entire home during power outages.

Three good reasons to select our apartment: 1). Nice apartment, clean and safe condo, excellent location, close to the top hotels, casinos, restaurants, bar, stores and beach. 2). The apartment was completely remodeled. 3). Enjoy morning of beautiful sea view from the bedroom, lying in bed, or from the balcony. At night, sit on the balcony to admire the lighting of the city, San Juan Hotel, people walking in the area, or just take the elevator down to enjoy the social life of Isla Verde.
