The house is located in one of the most beautiful streets of Ortigia, between the Fonte Aretusa and the magnificent Calarossa beach - both a minute's walk away - and offers an elegant and stately environment where the ancient is called to enrich the freshness of the modern. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms, with a large living room, a functional kitchen and a study. Three bright balconies on the main street. Upstairs an original room with sofa bed and bathroom, and access to the equipped terrace.

Private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. A double bed and a sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 4 people; work corner for those who need to use a laptop. Large living room with sofa and flat TV. Ultra-fast wi-fi fiber connection. Full kitchen with coffee corner, electric kettle, oven and microwave. Possibility of bike parking.
