As an elderly couple, we have 17 years of experience hosting this apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood contains 4 grocery shops and 3 restaurants. Since we are both in retirement, we can provide service almost 24/7. The apartment has 2 balconies to enjoy summer evenings, and an extra bed in case of young children. Breakfast and clothes washing/drying are possible.

On the ground floor there are kitchen, dining space and bathroom with toilet. Living room with spacious sofa and TV is on the first floor. Bedrooms are on the third floor.
