Il monolocale si trova in una palazzina storica nel cuore della citta' ed e' appena stato ristrutturato. Arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort neccessari. Situato al secondo piano con ascensore, luminoso e accogliente con terrazzino vista parco. Dista 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Unita' d' Italia. Nei pressi c'e' la possibilita' di lasciare la macchina a pagamento nel "Park San Giusto". Da giugno '18 è previsto il pagamento in loco della tassa di soggiorno pari a 2 euro ad adulto al giorno

Furbished as a cosy nest (50m2) to enjoy the most beautiful VIEW trough the panoramic window make you feel softly situated on a white cloud. Located in the picturesque little town of Volosko, 10 steps from the sea, surrounded by little coffees and restaurants well known for their fish specialties. The seaside walk is 12 km long scattered sparks with pebbles and sea-leveled rocks, beaches with possibility to rent paddle boards, water ski and canoe.

Bella Ciao apartman nalazi se u strogom centru grada, odmah pored kazališta. Studio apartman je u potkrovlju, prostran je, potpuno renoviran, sa svim potrebnim sadržajima (Wi-fi, Max TV, perilica suđa, perilica rublja) i prekrasnim pogledom na gradsku panoramu. U podnožju zgrade je više barova koji nude hranu i piće, a nekoliko metara dalje je živahna gradska tržnica. Korzo je udaljeno svega 200m. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.

Lovely loft near the University of Trieste with unattended parking in front of the property. It is a 20m2 apartment consisting of a small double bedroom, bathroom and living area with sofa bed. The place is very special, with furniture designed to make all the spaces useful. There is a coin-operated laundromat, a pastry shop, two supermarkets, and a pharmacy nearby. The city center is easily accessible on foot or by bus.
