Chalet is located in the Capivara neighborhood, 38 km from downtown Itamonte, with 18 km of dirt road in good conditions in winter and summer, with some holes due to rains. In summer it is essential that you come during the day. The location is super quiet amid the mountains of the Mantiqueira mountain range right at the top of the waterfall, an excellent quiet place to change energy, waterfall dives and natural pools of the river capivara and Aiuruoca.(WE OFFER COFFEE ,LUNCH AND HOMEMADE PIZZA) .

Chalé de charme in the Mantiqueira waterfalls.

The cabin is quite charming, situated at 1,350m. The Río Airuoca that passes 50 meters away is just a few kilometers from its source. Wonderful and virgin waterfalls of tourists are just a few minutes' walk away. It's Visconde de Mauá 100 years ago and God willing it will remain so preserved for many years. Downstairs there is a social area with a living room, dining room and kitchenette. Upstairs two bedrooms in mezzanine, the idea is that the heat of the fireplace goes up to the bedrooms ....

It is required to hire an employee to cook and organize the house, with the daily in the amount of R$200.00. The employee's rates are counted for the days worked.
