Our location is 700 meters by car to the beach, 250 meters as the crow flies. 2.5 km to the city center, 12 km to Rize Airport, 90 km to Trabzon Airport. Easy access to Ayder, Zilkale, Çat and the springs in the region is provided. A tour program can be easily made during the day and a return home can be provided. The entire building and garden seen in the photo belong to our guests. The minimum stay is 5 days, excluding interim dates.

You'll be in nature and close to all locations 10 minutes to the airport Downtown 1 km Food orders coming from restaurants. Our house is carefully cleaned after each guest by the private team. Our sheets and bed linen are refreshed every season. Cleanliness is always at the forefront. We try to do our best for a peaceful vacation 😊

We offer you two bedrooms (2 double beds and one single bed) with the ability to sleep 5 guests, and en-suite shower. Both bedrooms have an amazing woodland view and a balconette with a table and chair, where you can enjoy your coffee and tea. We never miss any rainfall of sunlit opportunity to enjoy this dramatic view with a couple of tea. Tea and coffee is of course free for our guests during their stay.
