Five bedrooms, wood stoves, ample living space, and a cheery sun room with gorgeous views make this house one of a kind. The Guest Suite is located on the first floor of an architectural studio in historic Wilmington, Vermont. Please enjoy the piano, drums, and art supplies! The Guest Suite is both UNIVERSALLY ACCESSIBLE, TOBACCO FREE, and ANIMAL FREE due to allergies in our family. LineSync Architecture staff will be working from 8:30am - 5ish upstairs, and once in a while on the weekends. When guests are in we try to be super sensitive and quiet, but footsteps will be heard!

Very clean, well kept, 1 bedroom country cottage. Hardwood floors in bedroom and kitchen. Propane heater for winter months and AC in the summer. This a very quiet place, great for a relaxing getaway. There is a fire pit on the property, right near the cottage, for evening fires. We recommend AWD or 4WD or vehicles with snow tires during winter months. The cottage is located on a hill, can be slippery in the winter.
