Double Dolphin Bungalow

This is a great beach apt. located on the 1st floor. walk 1 short block to the beach and put your toes in the sand. This neighborhood is close to everything, we even have a local coffee shop a few doors down. Cute space with all tile floors and comfy furniture to kick back and relax after a day in the sun. Just for added information no central air or heat but we have window units and electric fireplace and space heaters. Will accept pets on a case by case basis $40.00 per stay pet fee.

There is absolutely no shared space. This is a ground level unit. There are neighbors above. Occasionally they can be heard. Quiet corner in south Jax Beach close to retail shops and grocery stores. Perfect space for your weekend or monthly stay. Conveniently located close to the beach, dining, Mayo Clinic, golf and shopping. Perfect for two people with or without your special pet. We love your dog, but sorry we can't accommodate your kitties. Small kitchen space with coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, top cooker for burgers, grilled cheese, eggs and has a large fridge. A short drive to the beach. 5 minutes max. Easy to bike to, but a little far to walk

This 'beachy' key west style guesthouse is hidden from the street but not the ocean breeze! The beach is only 1 block away and easy to get to by foot. You can't help but to spend your time relaxing on the large front porch. The property is fenced in and has a yard.
