Nice cottage with everything you need

Nice cottage at the end of a dead end road. Large secluded garden with cozy terraces. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a 1 1/2 man bed. In the kitchen there is, among other things, a dishwasher and a large American fridge. Heating is by heat pump and/or wood-burning stove. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is wood available for the wood-burning stove. The grounds are 100% fenced. There are 500m on foot to Roskildefjord and 5min by car for good shopping. Electricity is determined according to consumption.

Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the canopy of the North Forest and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue you can really relax, recharge, and enjoy nature on the highest levels. Minutes from forest, beach, and close to shopping. We have designed our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 are welcome. The house is built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric car and hybrid car

Cozy little apartment (annex) with its own entrance and exit to garden with barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box- mattresses, which serve as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combi living room/kitchen, hallway and small bathroom with walk-in shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with beach access from the landowner's beach grounds. Note: due to dog allergy no pets. Sorry.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. Two simple and clean bedrooms with own entrance and bathroom adjacent. A tea kitchen with two hotplates, water-boiler, microwave and sink is available. The house is located 300 meters from coast line and in wonderful nature surroundings and with a small sandy beach. Frederikssund city is a 20 minutes walk and bus services are also available. Your host can provide you with further information. Close by is also Frederikssund train station with direct lines to Copenhagen and airport.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Relax in this unique and quiet home in a forest-like setting with rich birds and insect life. Part of a butterfly project, the garden is planted thereafter. There is a small moss hole in the backyard that attracts birds and insects where you can enjoy the tranquility and nature. 3 minutes walk to a child-friendly sandy beach and 15 minutes to Nordskoven. Water, electricity and pellet stove pellet stove are paid separately and according to consumption.
