Delightful old farmhouse and spacious garden

The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

Lovingly restored gites, set in the rural , tranquil and picturesque countryside, great for a summer break relaxing by the pool or a cosy winter break in front the log burner, lovely woodland walks, great for cycling, good outside space to sit , dine and relax , or a spot of early morning yoga on the lawn with just the birds singing in the background. Only a short drive to local amenities , such as bakeries, Italian restaurants, super market & sites of interest, as seen in our pictures.

"Cottage Les Glycines", Javron Les Chapelles

This part of our home is a newly converted annexe with a large bedroom, and has a double bed and a single bed upstairs. We also have a travel cot available. Downstairs you have your own private lounge with a flat screen TV in English and French and a bed settee leading to your own private bathroom. Your accommodation is completely self-contained and is accessible through our large double gates and the cottage door with your own key. We have recently installed a small kitchenette.
