It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, the Mulhacén 3482 and the Veleta. I look with your mobility capacity as there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there can be flies and smells to cattle as there is a cabreriza nearby. You can park or use for loading and unloading the small parking of the Espeñuelas that stays 15 meters from the house but first make sure they can drive .

Beautiful and modern house, in a very peaceful area with very few neighbors. Light enters the spacious living room from sunrise as it is facing the rising sun. Natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The development is located on the outskirts of town and you can breathe an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 minutes from the village, Lidl supermarket and the highway, 10 min to Granada and the Alhambra, 30 min. from the coast and 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada. 10 min. to Nevada Mall and PTS.

I've known Moclin since I was little, my summers have been in this village with so many centuries of history. I have walked their trails, walked through their Arabian castle, got lost in its narrow streets. That's why I invite you to visit my house where you can enjoy its fully renovated rooms, its typical Andaluz courtyard with a small but comfortable detachable pool and its wonderful fireplace for winter. The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. To reassure about COVID-19, our home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by Airbnb protocol. About pets, they are allowed but for an additional fee apart from the reservation, check with hosts

Two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete the interior part. Outside you can relax in a very nice garden with terrace and private salted swimming pool (less than 10% of salt compared with sea water and no chemicals).
