Underfloor heating and fireplace heat in winter. Cooking with Airfryer, microwave, or on the deck with a 5-burner gas grill. Drinking water can be obtained directly from the kitchen faucet. Cottage on the shore of Pielinen

A great getaway from Pielinen beach for a peaceful (!) getaway. Drinking water portable, sauna water comes with a pump in the summer. In the barn, beds for four, in a cottage for two. On the beach, a fire pit, a grill canopy, a large deck, and a dock. A sandy beach, great for families with children, too. Rowing boat in good condition, motor boat (Salmon + Mercury 20 hp) can be rented separately. Life jackets in different sizes. Strictly no smoking or pets indoors. Suitable for allergy cottage.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. The dock is accessible for swimming after the sauna or to try it in your fish house. Jogging paths about 200 meters away and skiing in winter.
