Experience a tiny house on 14 acres in beautiful Mountain CityTN. Just 3 miles from Doe mountain recreation area ATV Park With 85+ of miles of trails. Hiking nearby, Appalachian trail, Roan Mountain, Boone, The snake, Wataga lake, Damascus Virginia and the Virginia creeper trail. There are 2 lofts. One loft is a queen bed and other has twin bed. The ladder has a 250 pound weight limit. Kitchen has air fryer toaster oven and coffee maker. Watch wildlife in cozy loft with super nice mattress!
