Adorable Farmhouse unit. Best Value in Mammoth!!

Very unique, cool, shabby chic farmhouse style condo. Pristine and recently remodeled throughout. Located on the main floor across from the pool (closes in fall) & hot tub and direct parking for 1 car only in front. It has a pvt. balcony and is centrally located within a block of the free shuttle that takes you to the mountain. There is 1 queen bed and a queen size pull out for up to 4 guests. The unit is walking distance to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Sorry no pets allowed by the HOA.

The View of Views, On the Mountain with Ski Trails

You can be on top of “Mammoth Mountain” and ski back to our garage door if there is snow on the road. I am amazed how many people that frequent "Mammoth Lakes" never knew that places like ours existed until they stayed at our place. During the summer we have arguably the best pool in all of "Mammoth" with incredible views of the mountains and a relaxing sun deck!!! The 14% tax for Town of Mammoth is already included in pricing, not added “fee” at time of “reservation request” like other host!

Gorgeous second-level open lofted condo unit w/ the best amenities! Condo sleeps 5. Stairs in the unit! The loft sleeps 4 (1 queen bed & 1 bunk bed w/ twin mattresses). Downstairs can sleep one additional on a Fold-up mattress OR couch (NOT A PULLOUT). Kitchen has all needed utensils! There is 1 bathroom in the unit which is downstairs. Cable TV & Wifi included as well! Perfect location in town close to shuttle stations for direct mountain access. Grocery & restaurants in walking distance!

Convenient self check-in with combination touch keypad. Parking is directly in front of ground level door. Winter Only: please be ready to move your vehicle for snow clearing. Vehicle cannot be left in parking lot all day unattended during weather requiring snow removal. Someone must be able to temporarily move vehicle as required.

It is located 0.8 miles from the Village and only half a mile from Canyon Lodge; Tamarack Lodge is a short drive up Lake Mary Road. Access by car to several lakes for fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. Use the pellet stove to keep you warm during the cold days/nights.

Beautifully appointed one bedroom condo located in one of the most desirable complexes in Mammoth Lakes. Walking distance to the lifts at Canyon Lodge will get you on the mountain in minutes! And after a long day you are back at home just as easily, without having to deal with traffic, parking etc. Leave your car at Chamonix for your entire stay if you like. There’s a gondola and a trolley to The Village. If you prefer, you can also walk (ten minutes, one mile) or drive (two minutes).
