Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature with large windows and nice views. Enjoy the morning coffee by the pond for the bird chirping. If you're lucky, you might meet a swan or deer on the plot! Biking distance to Borgholm, the caramel cooker and the chapel's nice beach. You have access to two bedrooms, double bed in one and single bed in the other. The sofa in the living room can also be made to a 160cm bed. Exclusive apartment located in Färjestaden, Öland. Fully equipped bathroom, complete kitchen with cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots, coffee maker, etc. Three sleeping places, double bed, and sofa bed. Pool 5x10 meters (heated from May 15 to September 15) Pool maintenance on Wednesday, Saturday. Furnished terrace, sun loungers, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. Only renting guests are allowed to use/stay in the apartment, pool, and pool area. If these rules are not followed, eviction will occur.

It is an open floor plan at the top of a villa that is rented out. Separate apartment door that separates the other floors. Fully furnished and fully equipped - everything is from its own washing machine to cheese razor! There is a double bed and also a sofa bed (space for two) that can be extended. Remember to bring your own sheets and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The apartment is located about 20 minutes by foot from the central station of Kalmar and 10 minutes walk to the sea.

Top apartment at Kvarnholmen, central Kalmar

Great rooftop apartment in the heart of Kalmar. Perfect location for everything. The apartment is comfortable with everything you need. Third floor with a lovely view over the rooftops, no elevator. When you enter from the street, you are met by a beautiful courtyard with an old grapevine. The apartment is nicely decorated and there is a strict smoking ban. The bedroom has a queen size bed. If you are looking for a nice place to stay during the Ironman, this is the right place!

Property apartment at Strand Hotel Borgholm. 35 sqm. One bed, 180cm. Please fit two extra mattresses on the floor that guest will bring if needed. Balcony. Bathroom with shower. Pool with sauna in the house. There are two duvets and four pillows. Bed linens and towels is to be brought by guest. Cleaning is done by the guest. Note the pool is open Mon-Fred 08-16, until 8/12, then it's closed and reopens on 3/28 -24. Then open all days 08-22.

Welcome to a nice 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen (70 sqm). Located 400 meters from Kalmar sund, close to Ölandsbron, close to beautiful hiking areas and 3 km to the city center. The apartment is in a quiet area yet central and close to everything that Kalmar has to offer! It includes a parking space on its own property. It's no coincidence that Kalmar is postponed to Sweden's summer city! Small patio in nice setting.
