Convenience stores, a supermarket, and a coin-operated laundry are within a 2-minute walk, and a public bath is also within a 5-minute walk. There are many taverns and cafes nearby, and many shops are affordable and open until midnight.Even long-term stays aren't inconvenient at all.There is an Italian and Spanish bar in the basement of the apartment.We will respond quickly if you have any problems! Equipped with TV, WiFi, fridge, air conditioner, electric blanket (winter only: stay warm even in mid-winter), hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo, washing machine, laundry detergent, hot pot, electromagnetic cooker, electromagnetic cooker, glasses, dishes, and simple cookware.Even though it's a small room, it is fully equipped. Shinjuku station 3 minutes on foot, 7 mins by train, 20 mins to Tokyo station.It is a very convenient location. The washbasin is a three-sided mirror, shower and a large sink. If you can bring a live DVD/BD, etc., you can experience the arena mood on the big screen.
