Beautiful boutique studio accomodation minutes from the village. Room Number Two is a private guest suite and en-suite. It has gorgeous sun and relaxing views overlooking lush green countryside. We provide tea, coffee and muesli. There is a small fridge to keep your market goodies chilled. You’ll have your own private access, car park, a lovely bathroom, SkyTV and WIFI. You’ll also have your own seated outside area which catches the late afternoon sun, this is a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travellers who enjoy wineries, cafes, beaches, walks, a boutique cinema, Matakana market on Saturdays, Morris and James pottery and the variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have an adequate shopping centre and local pub within walking distance.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

The property is all flat, with a rural outlook, complete with a pond, sheep, fruit trees, and a private area to relax. Please note, it is not suitable for children.
