Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Cozy apartment in the old town of Kemptens

A large bedroom and dining room that starts the small kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two blocks away for about 10 euros a day.

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is 5 minutes to the Basilica of St. Lorenz. There's the beautiful weekly there twice a week, Wed. and Sat, the beautiful weekly market. Here is also the residence of former monastery and today's dish with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten center also begins with its pedestrian zone and shopping metro of the Allgäu.

Our house is quietly located in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment can accommodate 2 – 4 people and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is on the garden floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Shopping is very close. Infants also cost us 5€ per night.
