Separate entrance allows for complete privacy. Perfect location for hill country dining, shopping and attractions. Some of the best wineries along with our local. We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.

This a full furnished with japandi style furniture. Minimalist in decor and has been used for corporate housing and for part time family use with one room set up for kids.
