El Cerrito is a quiet town about 14 miles away from San Francisco. This peaceful studio; it's your private getaway with independent entry, a queen bed, and a nice size TV. The living area has a table for two and a heater to keep you warm. The kitchen offers a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker, a stove, a teapot, an oven, a blender, a toaster, and utensils. A nice size bathroom that has just been remodeled. Guests can park on the street without any concern for parking restrictions.

Our little guesthouse is completely detached from the main house and offers a quiet, comfortable and private place for work and/or relaxation. Enjoy the garden with a large patio, Adirondack chairs, umbrellas and big dining table. On site parking. A new space (adjacent to the guest rooms) to exercise (yoga) was completed Oct. ‘24 and we use this space during daytime hours for that purpose. If you would like to have access please request this and we can let you know if it is possible.

There is one queen bed in the bedroom and a full size pull out bed in the sofa (perfect for small kids). Apartment also has a small, private back yard area - great for those with small pets. Views of Golden Gate Bridge and much of the Bay Area visible from just outside your door. Tilden Park is just a few minutes drive from the property.
