Little apartment near Lake Balaton

This 26 sqm charming little apartment evokes a bath vibe in the 19th century. In the immediate vicinity of Helikon Park in Keszthely, they can recharge in the shade of the ancient trees. In the garden of one of the prestigious civil bathing villas surrounding the park, there is a small rental apartment with a separate entrance. The historic city center, main square, pedestrian street and Festetics Castle are all within a few hundred meters. The shore of Lake Balaton and the City Beach are about 300 meters away, and is separated by a cooling walk just through the park.

Our family house is an ideal relaxation for large families and groups. We rent a first floor with a separate entrance. They can arrange breakfast either from a local convenience store(150m)or our family restaurant(100m) where we provide a 15% discount on their consumption. We treat our guests with aespresso coffee machine and capsule. It is possible to rent a bike at the bike rental on the street. The courtyard is a shared space if the other apartment is taken out. Kényelmes, hangulatos, jól felszerelt szállás a központban, strandtól 5 percre 8-10 fő részére. A tágas kert pompás lehetőséget nyújt: grillezni-bográcsozni a csillagos ég alatt, ping-pongozni, fedett kerti kiülőben elfogyasztani ebédünket-vacsoránkat, borozni a fűthető fürdődézsában Nagyméretű teraszunk: napozóágyakkal, kerti bútorokkal este pedig hangulatos lampion világítással várja a pihenni vágyókat. A közelben gasztro éttermek, kocsmák, boltok, cukrászda, számos túraútvonal találhatóak.

The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. It's small and friendly with 2 great buffets. Our house is perfect for a peaceful stay, as it is in the midst of a natural reserve.It's newly renovated with 2 separate flats.Price is for the ground floor only. Downstairs for max 6 adults, but rather recommended for families. We do not take on loud party people, sorry. Attic apartment has a separate entrance from outside and can sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids. (1 double bed, 2 big matresses).

Zsuzsa's lovely house is a double beach house. There are fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, heating, hairdresser, iron, closed parking place, blowing machine, garden furnitures, barbecue facility . coffee ,tea, jams -naturist beach 500m from the house -there is a free beach nearby the house,very simple, but 2 minutes on foot :)
