Peaceful & Private House w/Loft

The Hummingbird house was built in 2017, nestled in Tongass National Rainforest. Cathedral ceiling, natural light surrounded by cedar trees with a filtered ocean view. Feels like you're tucked away in a treehouse. We are located across from the beach in a northend neighborhood. We also have a 2017 Jeep Renegade Rental listed on TURO. No smoking or vaping permitted. Local sales tax is 2.5% & transient occupancy tax of 4.0%. By U.S. General Services Admin for federal employee AK5107.

The Diamond House, cozy home in park-like setting

The “Diamond House” was built by Mr. Diamond in the early 80s. He was known for his smoked fish and his smoke houses still exist on the property today. Located only a few blocks from the water, one can see filtered views of Tongass Narrows and Gravina Island. The “Diamond House” is surrounded by mature indigenous trees such as red cedar, western hemlock and Sitka spruce which give the property its park-like feel. A truly relaxing and comfortable vibe waiting for you to experience.

Cheerful 4 bedroom home in great central location

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Rainbird trailhead is 2 blocks up the street. Downtown is just a few miles away. The high school is across the street and perfect for sport teams coming to town. Each room is equipped with very comfortable beds to make your stay pleasant. Our check out instructions are very simple; enjoy your vacation and let us do the rest. 2012 Ford Econoline 12 passenger van available for use at $75/day.
