Die liebliche Sonnreith - Hütte befindet sich im Gebirgsdorf Spital/Pyhrn am Sonnenhang mit einigen Nachbarhäusern. Sie ist neu eingerichtet und hat eine Wohnfläche von 34m2 - viele liebevolle Details wurden in Handarbeit gefertigt - sehr gemütlich. Ein Kaminofen und die Infrarotheizung sorgen für angenehme Wärme, im Vorraum und Bad befindet sich eine Fußbodenheizung. Die Hütte befindet sich in ruhiger, schöner Aussichtslage. Wanderwege und die Mountainbike-Strecke sind in der Nähe(1oo Meter)

Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the city center in an absolute quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden flooring combined with modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, wi-fi, Playstation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even in the hot summer days.

My accommodation is located on the edge of the forest in a secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski areas and in the middle of the most beautiful hiking trails. You'll love the view, location, and surroundings. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a hood restaurant in the village offer the right thing for everyone.

The apartment has 120 m2 and offers a small garden which is completely fenced and therefore also suitable for dogs. Infrared cabin of Physiotherm and a sauna. On the first floor is one bedroom with double bed. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and has two single beds. From this centrally located accommodation you can enjoy in 5 minutes in Grünau im Almtal, in 15 minutes in Gmunden. On foot in 2 minutes at the supermarket and in 5 minutes by the alpine river.
